This summer, our visual arts classes offer a dynamic range of lessons for students in Grades 1–8, designed to nurture creative expression, technical skill, and self-discovery. From playful watercolor experiments to bold manga illustrations, our art classes engage all skill levels with hands-on projects that spark imagination and growth. Guided by experienced instructors, students build confidence through sequenced lessons that lead to in-house exhibitions and a deeper love for the arts.
VISUAL ARTS

Little Artists
11AM - 12PM GRADES 1 -3 "Color Magic & Paper Play"
Watercolor Wonders: Mimic the fluid, dreamy effects seen in watercolor demos, blending salt and alcohol for organic textures.
Collage Adventures: Layer torn paper, fabric, and found objects to create 3D scenes.
Sculpting with Paper: Fold, curl, and glue paper into whimsical creatures, inspired by tactile demo techniques.

Junior Creators
9AM - 10AM GRADES 3 - 5 "Mixed Media & Expressive Art"
Acrylic Pour Painting: Channel the vibrant, unpredictable flows from acrylic pour videos to create marbled masterpieces.
Manga Basics: Sketch dynamic faces and expressions, using the character design tips for eyes, hair, and poses.
Eco-Art Collages: Reuse materials like magazine clippings and natural elements, echoing the sustainability focus in upcycled art demos.

Teen Art Studio
10AM - 11AM GRADES 5 - 8 "Portfolio Worthy Projects"
Advanced Graphite, Charcoal and Watercolor Portraits: Master wet-on-wet blending and masking fluid techniques, as shown in detailed tutorials.
Manga & Comic Art: Develop original characters with inked lines and screentone shading, inspired by professional manga reels.
Mixed Media Sculptures: Combine paper, wire, and paint to build textured artworks, akin to the layered approaches in 3D demo videos.
